 Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Data Cloud Manager with a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic acumen, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should possess profound knowledge in any Data Cloud as well as Marketing or Sales/Service suite, complemented by a keen ability to translate complex analysis into actionable solutions that propel business growth. The Data Cloud Manager will not only be expected to execute tasks but also do the solution delivery management. The manager should be capable of making critical decisions, solving complex problems, and maintaining effective client relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Skills Required:

  • Customer Data Modeling best practices: Deep knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar systems. Experience with data modeling techniques such as event-driven architectures, identity resolution, and customer journey mapping.
  • Cross-cloud integrations: Expertise in integrating systems across cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), managing complex data pipelines, and ensuring seamless data flow across multiple environments.
  • Proficiency in complex SQL queries: Ability to write and optimize advanced SQL queries to handle large datasets efficiently. Experience with cloud-native database solutions like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in cloud-based data warehouses/data lakes: Strong experience in architecting and implementing solutions using cloud-based data warehouses or lakes, such as AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Data Lake, or Snowflake.
  • A strong technology background: Proven expertise in both data and software engineering, including experience with technologies like Python, Scala, or Java, and familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture.



 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years in marketing automation, data model, and architecture in the Salesforce or Adobe or similar ecosystem
  • 3+ years in marketing project implementation, or project management using Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with Data Cloud implementations
