Job Overview:
The Manager, Payroll Administration is responsible for leading all payroll operations across PCHI and directs the team of specialists to deliver accurate and timely processes that pay our team in compliance with company policy and legislative requirements. The Manager develops and implements policies and education to serve managers and team members in performing the responsibilities for approving and recording of time. The Payroll Admin Manager partners with the HRIS team and ADP vendor partners to ensure the effective creation and maintenance of pay codes, processing protocols, and ensures company compliance with pay standards. The Managers acts as the key liaison with our paycard vendor ensuring appropriate service levels are maintained and benefits are marketed to reduce costs and provided enhanced service. The Payroll Administration Manager maintains an active understanding of changes within pay legislation and ensures adherence.
