About The Job:

The Social Media temp will be a quick learner seeking to gain experience in day-to-day social media content creation and community management. This well-organized and reliable individual will maintain the Party City brand voice and image across social platforms - especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

This role will require work during a mix of standard business hours & evenings / weekends; schedule will be made available 14 days ahead of time.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor community sentiment across social media platforms and lead community management efforts.
  • Utilize Sprinklr platform to escalate customer service inquiries via social to the customer care team.
  • Engage with followers on-channel.
  • Assist with off channel community building via bold listening efforts.
  • Ensures a cohesive brand identity on and off Party City social channels.
  • Tap into culturally relevant social media moments via content creation.

Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with community management platforms, especially Sprinklr.
  • Experience with social platforms, especially Instagram & Facebook.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize quick moving tasks.
  • Up-to-date on the latest happenings in the social media landscape.
  • Rising Senior or recent Grad

FLSA Working conditions: This role requires significant computer utilization and prolonged periods of sitting.
